Lots of turnover in IT

Pros

Nice campus (cafeteria, workout area, ping pong tables) and some good coworkers. Work with newer technologies and very security focused.

Cons

Management is causing a lot of turnover and frustration to those that stay. HR would rather hire new employees than deal with the problem. Too much work and too few resources. Pay is below market average and training isn't offered to many employees

Pros

Good working environment and facility as well as a strong benefits package. Health care and 401k match are noteworthy. Generally competitive salary structure.

Cons

Entrust Datacard has not completely figured out how to completely integrate the two entities - Entrust and Datacard. Still significant uncertainty regarding how the company will look.

Pros

Datacard has a competitive benefit and salary package. The corporate culture promotes collaboration and teamwork. At Datacard, you the employee can advance your skills by taking the initiative, asking questions, and adding value.

Cons

It can be a challenge moving from an associate level to managerial level because the organization is flat.
