- Burnout culture prevails, with long hours and relentless pressure. - Executive management seems out of touch with the day-to-day realities of employees. - HR rolls out idealistic programs to help employees, but the company's chronic understaffing and overworking render them impractical and unattainable. - Complex and outdated processes that put massive burden on employees across the organization.

Other employees are very competent and friendly.

Cons

Managers come in as good people but slowly evolve into difficult, unyielding, disorganized and non-employee-friendly managers. This is a side effect of the kind of attitudes that upper management has, that slowly trickles down to lower level employees. This is the first place I've worked in where many of the people I know regret coming here, many are looking for another job, several are depressed and a few have contemplated suicide. Only the loudest people (who don't necessarily do much) are rewarded with bonuses and promotions.
