This is the worse organization I have ever been apart of. They lie and lie and use scare tactics, micromanagement, and low pay. The customers are very unhappy with their service. They lost their whole sales department because they drastically demoted everyone because they didn’t know what they were doing. Leadership didn’t take accountability at all. Their marketing director left the company. This company will not last long at all because they don’t know how to treat people and care. Instead they take the dishonest way. Please run from this company

Not much. Nice break room area, flexible schedule

Cons

Pay sucks, they treat you like a child you have to ask to use the restroom. Toxic work environment. On call days. I never got a raise the whole time I was there (about 9 months) but when I told them I was leaving they tried to offer me a raise to stay.
