No pros about this company especially the financial department.

Cons

The financial department at this company is horrible!!! Please beware of this department. The training has much to be desired. I was only there 5 days with little or no training and they fired me because I was not making company standards. They also have had temp people and they did not work out either because of the little training provided to them.

Pros

This is a wonderful company to be a part of if someone is looking for a long term career. If you are willing to put in the effort, the possibility for advancement are there! The management team also truly cares about their team members. They are always patient and understanding with personal and professional items. You are not just a number here at Envera, that is one of the things I love most.

Cons

I honestly cannot think of anything. I have been with the company for 5 years and had nothing but positive experiences.

Pros

Food, that it if you work a holiday and very nice coworkers.Nice outside area to walk and area to eat your lunch.

Cons

Everything is bad Cameras, audio(constant monitoring) , tedious, hard, old chairs plus the worst training you will ever get from any company. The benefits they offer will take your entire paycheck away if you choose to take the medical for example, not worth it.There are new faces every week either the workers are fired or they leave!!!
