Pros

Used to be a cutting edge security company with a great idea and technology

Cons

fail to change with the times. salary and benefits poor for long term employees. Dangle carrots that eventually become rotten. Broken promises since new venture capital firm took over. Bean counters in charge of a security/technology company. Customers complain only to have real reasons swept under the rug. New technicians paid more than existing technicians that are already trained and working.

Pros

Thought it was a good job until you get to know the company and find out how they treat their employees, unless your a "pet tech". Can't think of any positive feed back other than your paycheck showed up on time.

Cons

Management treats the technicians horribly. Management lies to the technicians. Management says one thing to your face and does another behind your back. I have seen this company treat their technicians horribly. Management fires techs with little or no reason, seen it on several occasions. Install technicians get paid more than the service technicians!!!? The economy is picking up so I'm hopeful for a better job soon.
