      Pros

      Allen Gilmer loves his company and is very creative. If you can get his ear (in the right moment), he will not only listen to great ideas but put them into action.

      Cons

      After Ed P was brought in to get company ready to sell, the company changed immensely. One by one, he eliminated all of the “old timers” who not only the ones who made the company great but also continued to make it successful.

      Pros

      There was a time when this company was not terrible. They have some good people there, very smart associates. There are fun parties and games people like to laugh.

      Cons

      I left a few months ago because this company does not know what they are doing. No clear direction, acquiring companies and pretending everything is okay. They do not pay people what they are worth. All the clients are getting really irritated with low quality data. The HR team is terrible, we had one good HR gal who left, the most junior seemed the most competent. Leaving is what most of the good employees are doing leaving due to poor pay and terrible leadership.
