-management expectations are low -many can fly under the radar for years without performing -somewhat nice people, nice benefits and company events

-they will underpay your as long as possible and only agree to a raise when you threaten to leave -people are still getting equity in the company, they will act like that’s not happening -the entire leadership team is incompetent, but especially sales leadership. -too many layers of useless middle and senior management roles -only interested in price gouging customers, not listening to their needs or being flexible, bottom line for H&F is the main priority -great at acquiring companies and then ruining the product and creating a worse outcome for the customers in how they handle the tech integration -not only is the sales leadership unethical and toxic, but HR will not advocate for you or do the right thing.
