I've worked here for 3 years. Upper management is comprised of extremely intelligent and competent people.

Cons

With the price of oil being what it is DI has experienced significant cuts - massive layoffs, programs being cut, extracurricular activities like company wide happy hours and fun runs are nonexistent, and just general fat trimming has been going on lately.

Doing amazing things serving an amazing industry. Best in class development, sales, marketing and finance departments. Never satisfied with status quo and always focused on making its customers lives better.

Cons

Strategic communication throughout the company could be better, but the management has heard this and is making a variety of measures to address.
