Very woke with frequent layoffs. They talk about caring for minority employees, but the company often puts them at the top of the layoff list.

Once you start a role it is very hard to get management to let you switch into a new career path despite personal goals and hard work. Best to get hired as what you want to do long term immediately.

Bro culture, if you are into that.

Cons

Management says the right things but never follows through. During company acquisitions there are always consultants telling management what to say, however, they never follow through on those promises. Working in a dying industry. When management is in another office they do not care to get to know the employees. The sales team will say anything to get a sale and throw the rest of the org under the bus to deliver.
