Cons

no one wants to help people grow, only looking out for themselves. Pay is awful. They moved my department to a run down building with no perks like the other office and the the CEO scolded the department for vocalizing this. There was inappropriate affairs at the office that people ignored. Overall horrible company for the reputation they have in the industry.

Reviewed some of these GlassDoor reviews before I started 3 years ago, yes this is an old boys club environment. You must be part of the “click” to move ahead. I also experienced toxic management. The BD team has a group of inexperienced young managers who are great at micro-managing. It would be best if you drank the Kool-Aid to excel.

Cons

-SDR pay is below the industry standard. Had other coworkers have to work a second job since the salary was not sustainable to live off of.
