Pros

Company has good products and good reputation in the industry for their brand. President is very involved in day to day activities which can be a Pro but also a Con.

Cons

Management is very reactive. They lack strong managers that want and know how to grow employees. My manager was always fearful of losing her job which trickled down to her staff. Lots of layoffs. They are constantly laying off and firing people including leadership and VP level people.

Great talented folks that care about the company.

Cons

Too many high titles and folks as individual contributors with manager and director titles. Need to train managers but the teams are cohesive. Some folks landed in a managerial role out of luck or who they know.

I've worked here for 3 years. Upper management is comprised of extremely intelligent and competent people.

Cons

With the price of oil being what it is DI has experienced significant cuts - massive layoffs, programs being cut, extracurricular activities like company wide happy hours and fun runs are nonexistent, and just general fat trimming has been going on lately.
