      Has issues, but great potential

      Pros

      Good people that are hard-working with great ideas.

      Cons

      The ones who know what they're talking about have a hard time getting heard over all the bustling about who the smartest guy in the room is. Two industries that typically do not have anything to do with each other are suddenly thrown into a room and told to come up with something great. Every once in a while they succeed, but there's no one to mediate so it's usually a tough thing to accomplish.

      Pros

      I can't think of a company with a culture that is so inclusive and makes you want to be better. From my first day, my bandwith has been stretched to see how much I can handle. There is no shortage of people willing to help you get better and push you to your limits. The CEO regularly walks around the offices with no reserves and makes you feel like you're the only person in the room.

      Cons

      Things can feel a bit disorganized at times. I don't know that it's a con though. Through the lack of structure ideas are born to make it a better place to work.

      Pros

      Most of the people at this company have a heart of gold, just ask a new person. The people work hard to please management and when management recognizes the extra effort they go all out.

      Cons

      One of the best cons to have is growing pains and this company has it in spades. We've grown so fast and have had to work in reaction mode for so long that we're going to break if the effort is not taken to be pro-active for future growth. (Management has identified this problem and has a plan in place to address it, but you can tell it's been happening)
