Pros
Working from home has been a pro (and the only reason we're still here) for the better part of 4 years since covid.
Cons
Zero effort from ELT to address pay structuring issues. Zero optimism for a public IPO, so no chance for future stock compensation whatsoever. Company funded bonuses are missed due to lackluster departments, meaning the other departments that do well are still penalized. The strangest effort to do their first ever round of layoffs which caused a lot of work to trickle down on other departments. ZERO PATHS FOR DIAGONAL PROMOTIONS! They will hire the position you are training for right from under you.
