      A strong management team who seem to get along well and model the #OneTeam mantra. A lot of knowledge and emotional intelligence among co-workers. People willing to help wherever they can.

      Cons

      If you are a person who needs to have everything in black and white and not comfortable living in the gray, it may take a bit of getting used to.
