Pros

The company provides actionable intelligence to the entire value chain of largest industry in the world, Energy. There are no boring days at Enverus. Tons of potential here for the hard-working and intellectually curious. Leadership is smart and accessible. The employees are generally very collaborative, driven and fun to work with. There are so many opportunities here, and employees are encouraged to learn, grow and creatively solve problems.

Cons

Most cons that I can think of are related to personal preference. Even an exceptional company is not a perfect fit for each exceptional candidate. The industry is in transition and volatile at times. Super exciting, but not for the faint of heart.
