Pros

Good leadership experience. Ability to create your own wage if you exceed quota. Good fundraising/sales experience. Working for a good cause.

Cons

Walk for around 5 hours everyday going door to door regardless of the weather. Lot of people say no. If you don't make quota you can get let go pretty quickly.

Pros

Great people and a great cause to support. You learn a lot and they offer other opportunities to get you out there and become a part of something big.

Cons

Very few people stick around all too long because this job is not for everyone. (a) canvassing (b) long hours, especially in the summer.

Pros

Everyone is extremely passionate about their work. It is a laid back work environment. I felt like I was doing a lot of good for the cause.

Cons

Lots of calling and petitioning.
