Pros

I work on the issues i care about and make a real difference on them. I work with really awesome people (smart, committed to making social change, funny). I am challenged every day by work. I am learning a lot. I can't imagine doing anything else, to be honest.

Cons

The only real downside is that there is so much to do! But that has less to do with Environment America and more to do with the fact that there are a lot of problems to solve in the world.
