      The work you do is important, interesting, and often groundbreaking. You will work with a lot of driven and smart people from diverse backgrounds. EDF does a great job forming relationships with a wide variety of governments, organizations, and individuals.

      Cons

      Can't think of any apart from the salary, which is great for a non-profit but still fairly lower than a private company.
