      There are many opportunities to learn something new here. They have given me tools to help me grow and they continue to push me to become a well rounded graphic designer. The atmosphere here is very inviting and friendly. I truly look forward to coming to work here every day.

      Pros

      I have never worked for a firm that is so invested in its company culture. It's refreshing to see how the entire staff supports each other, open communication is encouraged, new ideas are embraced, and when one team wins, we all win. People are rewarded for their good efforts, and we celebrate big wins company wide.

      Policies and procedures should be deeply ingrained in everything we do.
