      Amazing working environment My mentor treated me as an equal rather than a tyro (I know that not all mentors do though)

      Limited in the work you can do by the current political administration Basically impossible to get a full-time, permanent gig

      Flexible work hours, teleworking though the current administration is taking that away, good work life balance

      Cons

      Too much work politics, current administration needs improvement, no maternity leave, poor morale, nothing happens to bad managers and staff that do nothing, senior management is incompetent, low opportunities for career growth, salary needs to be better, everyone is leaving
