Great culture but no professional growth

Pros

Great co workers, plenty of after work activities.

Cons

It doesn't matter how many years of development experience you have, unless it directly involved the retirement industry, you will get offered a junior position. Once you get hired there are no career paths set, no goals or milestones for people to hit.

Pros

Flexible hours. Were allowed to work from home. A lot of employee events. Monthly cookies and chit chats with the CEO.

Cons

Did not like the amount of PTO given. No 401k company match when I was there. I didn't care for their flat management structure

Lack of decision making - Input/fact finding thru committee is fine, need to have decisions made after input
