Pros

There are great people who work here, very dedicated and smart.

Cons

Little to no reimbursement and/or recognition for those who work hard. Immature leadership, no direction -- or the direction changes monthly causing a lot of stress in the teams. Everyone is "empowered" which means while everyone can make decisions, no one is accountable. Management is very little help here.

Great Culture

Pros

Family like atmosphere, fantastic culture, love the flexibility: naming your own hours, making up time when needed instead of dipping into your vacation time. No "management", team members have a lot of autonomy. CEO listens and cares about employee's ideas, feelings and problems.

Cons

Still a lot of growing to do, a lot of processes and roles and responsibilities still yet to be defined.

We recognize it's not always smooth sailing at Envisage, and we appreciate everyone's patience as we continue to grow and implement new processes.
