      Going downhill surprisingly fast

      Pros

      Work-life balance is good. Most of the co-workers are great.

      Cons

      Upper management absolutely detached from the rest of the company. Salary is low. CEO is almost invisible and hasn't improved much.

      Some really lovely people and a very collaborative team

      Cons

      Length / time of decision making Lack on budget Senior ELT have no compassion Massive spend on Exhibitions / travel / but none for day to day operations

      Sadly the company has gone hugely down hill

      Cons

      No pay rises in last 2 years No promotions- freeze on these currently Colleagues disappearing overnight from layoffs with no communication from anyone Constant changes in senior leadership Poor communication from senior leadership Poor and very slow communication from HR Overstretched teams
