      4 weeks vacation, a few great people there

      Cons

      High paced environment on a bare bones salary. Stress inducing environment with enough malfeasance to be significant.

      Huge growth, Employee centric, flexible working, remote working, office working, multiple offices across the world, International travel.

      Cons

      Have grown very fast and so some small business hang-ups still exist

      Wonderful people, way too much work

      Smart, dedicated, and kind colleagues Interesting projects Flexible schedule

      Cons

      Overwhelming workload Long hours - it’s not unusual to see the entire team still working at 9pm The company provides generous PTO but it’s hard to use because of workload and we typically have to work on our days off.
