Great benefits package. Especially the quite generous PTO allowance. Nice people. Tight knit small company. Love working here.

Cons

Company growth emphasizes acquisition of more types of business rather than improved quality; workloads are very heavy requiring more than 40 hours/week to complete; the offered flexible working hours aren't available in practice for many teams; the annual raises in salary given each year are less than cost of living increases; IT/software and editorial support for medical writers is below industry standards
