      No raises, poor work life balance

      Great coworkers, that’s about it.

      Cons

      Raises are never given. No consistency in management at locations. 3 managers in 2 years, only one of which was decent and truly cared about the patients, employees and company as a whole. Leads with no idea how to actually lead. Constant mandatory OT or schedule changes because they don’t care about anything but the all mighty dollar for the hire up’s.
