Generally the team was very friendly, cooperative and we had plenty of work. My location had a wonderful group of people to work with. My fellow PSRs were very teamwork oriented and it made my days there entertaining and positive despite the upper management issues.

Cons

Poor manager and supervisor. Lots of higher ups are friends with management and stick around longer than they probably should. They picked on the PSRs and made them feel replaceable.
