Frequent changes in priorities and processes created inconsistency. Team culture could feel cliquey at times, and communication wasn’t always collaborative or transparent.

If there was a gold medal for lying and deflecting they would hold the record.

Cons

Unorganized, lacks accountability given and receiving. If you point out ways to improve a process they take 3 years to implement it, turn around and punish you for speaking up. If you want to move up in the company, be a "yes ma’am” type or become besties with the incompetent managers. The CEO sends out these YouTube videos about living a life of love but doesn’t practice it within the company. Honestly he talks about himself to make himself feel good. If your dream is to be a clown then this is your circus!
