The billing team is incredibly rude and unintentionally but frequently makes racist remarks. This is not a safe place to work even remotely. Politics, religion and ethnicity are often brought up in a demeaning or disrespectful way. As a person of color, it makes me uncomfortable. It made me uncomfortable to so openly discuss and praise one specific religion. It made me uncomfortable to listen to management make unkind remarks towards other backgrounds and ethnicities, accents and religion.
This position Absolutely is not worth the amount of money offered. The pay to work ratio is not worth it. Even though you're working remotely you are not allowed to leave your desk and management watches and tests you.
Aside from the very comfortable racism that sits here in billing. Managers micromanages all activities. Management encourages this type of workplace behavior in and out of the office.
The work is constant and management will harass you on teams or on your cell. Managers are rude, demeaning.
Overall work anywhere else because the pay is NOT worth the trouble.
