Leadership is a revolving door, leaders that look good on paper but don't really understand the complexities of the business or understand sales, no real growth strategy, continually cutting headcount to hit EBITA, struggling with top line growth, too much change for there to be any results or momentum gained

Cons

VP level sales leaders who have never sold lack knowledge on how to drive sales teams. Sales strategy is not communicated to the team and focus is constantly changing. Promotions and assignments are based on your ‘corporate image’ and if your one of the managers favorites, not your sales results or hitting KPIs. Second year in a row they have cancelled employee engagement assessments because they expect them to be so bad. Continue to lay off employees to cut costs while adding more work to already overburdened employees. The reduction of people has hurt the service they are able to deliver to customers.
