Pros

Great travel benefits, great experiences. It's a great place to start working while young or to finish off a career towards the end.

Cons

Regional airline workers are treated rather poorly in outstations. The company is focused and driven by profit (completely understandable) but often to the detriment of workers. Outstation was contracted for Envoy and United, HR flew in to announce a total station layoff, and then changed their decision less than a month later. Very inconsistent and anyone is dispensable.

Pros

The flight benefits were ok. You just can't ever get on and once you get to where you are going, you cannot get home. They are not forgiving. Other than flight benefits, which can seldom use there are no Pros.

Cons

This is the most dishonest company you could ever work for. The Regional Manager I worked with was extremely dishonest and did not tell the truth. The manager I worked for and the lead were the most unprofessional people I have every worked with. The hours are terrible. The HR is extremely dishonest. They changed by employment record without telling me. When I found out and asked why, no one would give me and answer. If you are thinking about applying. RUN! You are treated poorly. The lead did many dishonest activities and when it was reported, she lied even though other agents had proof. The HR department is a joke. They tell you things are confidential, but they are not.

Travel benefits when possible. Medical and full time. Pretty uniforms although you pay for them.

Cons

Underpaid $9.35 hr, lots of responsibilities. Very stressful job for the pay.
