Pros

The people I worked with were amazing. They made over 3 years with this company worth it.

Cons

Corporate cut the hours of operation for childcare down severely. My pay was also terrible considering that we were a licensed childcare facility, and I was an assistant manager.

Pros

Good sales training to learn techniques to close. Work with generally healthy and happy people. Free gym membership. As long as you meet sales goals you have freedom at work.

Cons

Large cold call minimums. What can I say, it's a hard product to sell. no one likes the gym. and you truly make no money in memberships, it's all in the 6-month training programs where you make any money. Predatory sales tactics.

Pros

Well a pro of course of working at a gym is the free membership and a slight discount on drinks We should probably get more of one since we all buy drinks and snacks pretty regularly but whatever I like all of my coworkers without them I don’t think I’d want to come into work at all and at least in my experience my managers have tried pretty hard to respect my schedule I’ve asked for plus if any members are a little to much for me to handle my ops manager and general manager can usually handle which is quite helpful

Cons

I very much dislike how personal training is done it is by far the most complained about thing at the gym I think only Barely more complained about than the pool and that’s saying something the inability to cancel PT without a doctors note or whatever to medically cancel your pt is a bit ridiculous especially when people are paying hundreds of dollars to have someone tell you how to pick up a weight it’s overpriced and probably just a waist of money agreement that is impossible to get out of paying
