Pros

A lot of opportunity to grow. If you are looking one day move into a management position and are willing to put forth your best effort they will provide all the tools you need. They are growing fast so there is a lot of opportunities coming for growth. Don't listen to most of the bad reviews, most of those employees were lazy and were no good to the company. The CEO also takes the time to visit all the clubs and get his employees opinion on things. He also treats you like an equal which as an employee was the best feeling. California region has the best regional Vice Presidents hands down.

Great first sales experience. It opened the door to so many more opportunities.

Cons

Nobody likes cold calling. If you don't mind cold calls, then it's a great job overall. I also found it very hard to get a job there. You HAVE to be super persistent even to get an interview set up.
