Pros

Great pay and benefits for anyone over 5 years tenure.

Cons

Management claims the company is a "software factory" and sometimes you can feel like a cog in a larger system that you have minimal impact on.

Pros

The campus is amazing and the benefits are outstanding. Teamwork is a key and it is encouraged that people help each other out when dealing with customer issues.

Cons

The expected work week is 45 hours minimum, so get ready to sacrifice your work-life balance. The company emphasizes the culture of in-person collaboration to the point where they are willing to put the lives of their employees at risk, which was observed during the covid pandemic.

Pros

The people, team members are very nice and always help out when you ask for it.

Cons

Everyone is almost always too busy (including yourself). If you don't ask questions the right way it may get lost in people's inboxes or teams just because they're so busy, and not because they're mean.
