The people here work together very well and all have the same goals in mind. People aren't locked into their own ways of thinking. Change and "making it better" are seen as positive things.

Cons

Some tasks can be underestimated during the initial planning.

Pros

Very forward thinking company with top technical management. Solid reputation with lots of opportunities to interact with latest technology in the field. Excellent benefits go above and beyond the industry norm. Strong sense of family.

Cons

Issues with project scope on occasion, often seem to be over committed. Rapid growth may be affecting company culture and employee camaraderie.
