Pros

Generous vacations and benefits, well stocked kitchen, beautiful area, lots of great events and close to everything cool in the area. An amazing place to work

Cons

Not much to say here. I can't think of anything other than the summers get a bit warm and humid. This past year it rained a lot, but it did make everything green.

Pros

Epic takes extremely good care of their employees and puts a focus on having fun while making fun games. They encourage everybody to contribute ideas to our games and the best ideas make it into the games. You feel like you have a significant impact on the quality and content of every game you work on.

Cons

In the early days of Gears there were some very tight schedules but these days things are managed much more realistically and deadlines are very reasonable.
