Pros

Amazing benefits (health, pto, etc you name it!) Lots of awesome swag Playtesting trials! Working for a AAA Gaming studio On the HR/People Team, the work/life balance was great.

Cons

I worked on the HR/People team and it is very white women dominated, hence uncomfortable at times. They say they want to diversify hiring, but they don't.
