Pros

-the benefits are outstanding! Legitimately life changing! -you'll likely never find funner coworkers -everyone is helpful for the most part

Cons

-imaginary metrics you'll likely never meet -"there's no bug number you need to hit but you need to be more productive" -they'll tell you to improve your skills but keep it vague enough to not actually tell you what needs improving or how. Offers only one resource to assist in the self improvement -you'll be the first to go if Epic loses another lawsuit (goes double if you're disabled)

Pros

Small perks, great benefits, fun culture

Cons

It’s evident that the majority of the senior staff do not care about lower level employees
