Easy job and pay is okay

Pros

Easy job. Does not require any advanced computer skills.

Cons

Starting salary and pay raise are kind of random. Worked as hard as other people but get much less pay raise after 1 year and even people who started 1 year later have 10k more starting salaries (education and experience level are the same). Only files EB3 green card application because this job only qualifies "BS" degree.

Pros

- nice buildings - you make your own schedule - managers not always on your back

Cons

- little room for advancement - work gets boring after a while - non-transparent salary increase/promotion - not much to do in the area - cold in winter
