Pros

Excellent pay and benefits, especially for a fresh grad.

Cons

Management expects the world and more. Expect to be berated for working any less than 45 hours/week, ultimately the reason I chose to leave. Basically working 3 different roles.

Pros

The pay and benefits are great, it's really easy to make friends if you're a new grad, great professional environment that challenges you and can help you grow initially.

Cons

Tech stack is a little niche, work is demanding and those expectations continuously increase over time, as a result Epic has a very high turnover rate. Not for everyone when it comes to long term growth and settling down
