Pros

- decent benefits - good coworkers - fun-looking campus - paid sabbatical for employees (if you don’t quit before then)

Cons

They were not honest about work hours and conditions in the interview. I got the impression in the interview that they were flexible about start times, where you worked, and how many hours— basically as long as you got the work done they didn’t care the time or place, Google kind of vibes. In training they said you can work what hours you want, but they really need you to be available 9-4. After a month of working there, I was told by my manager that I need to be working more like 50/55 even 60 hours per week instead of 40 (on a salary mind you with no overtime compensation.) I also had to be approved to work from home every month. Culture also felt kinda cultish. All in all, im not surprised why they were hiring 200+ people a month. A few months after I left the other woman on my team left. We were both there less than a year.

Pros

-The dining hall has excellent variety and almost all of the food was good. -You have opportunities to work hard and earn a lot immediately out of college here.

Cons

-The work itself is completely uninteresting. -Upper management is unaccommodating; they took away snow days and refuse to let people work from home more than 5 days a year. -Management always felt adversarial, which made weekly meetings something I'd dread. -Not nearly enough PTO is given for the amount of time people spend working; work/life balance is a joke at this company.
