Pros

A lot of opportunity for growth. Travel (if you like that) Potential for large raises and bonuses (yearly).

Cons

Against remote or work from home. No clarity on how rankings work or how your compensation is determined. Lot of hours.

Pros

Lunches were subsidized and underground parking

Cons

It's clear that they don't care how many hours their employees work. They keep stressing the idea of work/life balance but that's so far from the truth. Especially for those coming out of college, they work you like dogs since they know you don't have the experience to combat the workload you see. The "training" is at such a basic level that it doesn't even cover all things you need to know. From my experience on the HIM/Identity team, we were never trained on scanning which is one of the most popular areas to have issues in. Pay is good because they know this job sucks lol You won't succeed if you don't drink the kool aid
