Pros

Good pay considering cost of living in the area. Opportunity to move roles inside the company and grow.

Cons

No flexible remote work policy. Living in the midwest means long and intense winters. All things considered, Epic has an okay corporate culture, but I personally hate corporate culture as a concept, and do not want to ever work for a large corporation.

Pros

great place to work honestly. Food is great, Definitely learn what the culture and people are like and if it does not fit you do not go. First get over the excitement then realistically think about it. Good job if you are looking to settle for a while
