Pros
Epic is a great stepping stone for new grads to get experience. They pay really well and have an excellent orientation program.
Cons
There’s no real benefit for staying longer than 3 years (beyond the sabbatical). You are worked pretty hard. Executives don’t listen to employees about important issues, even though they say they do.
