Pros

Weekly pay and benefits are great but that's about it .

Cons

The people Cut throat If you are successful they tenured recruiters will try to Get you fired because they are threatened . Very hard to get ramped up and start making real Money. Toxic

Pros

From the start of joining Epic Staffing Group, I've been impressed with the leaderships ability to show up, support, and ensure each person has a clear path to success. The unlimited PTO policy is great, and the emphasis on mental health is unmatched. Each person genuinely cares, and the culture is the best I've worked at.

Pros

Remote work environment, nice perks like snack boxes

Cons

Not a trustworthy company. Company strategy is to purchase smaller staffing firms and then outsource US roles to the Philippines, however, this is not transparent and plans are not clearly laid out for how this will occur.
