Great salary Great benefits Relationship managers get back to you quickly

Cons

There was miscommunication between the agency and school district Hours are determined by school district which is fine, but not outlined in interview or upon hiring.

There are a lot of bonuses on top of the base pay. Will provide assistance when needed. Lets you have all the leave you want. Gets to work from home and equipment provided.

Cons

Low base pay. Doesn't give much raise.
