The people are good. It is a very large multinational corporation, with huge growth potential. The leadership is constantly changing and adapting to meet the needs of the customers.

Cons

They spun off their retail division, which had the potential to increase their general profit margins substantially, if handled correctly. This was a mistake, as were some of the initiatives associated with same.
