Management needs to oversee their employees well being and support more but overall this is with more or less every company.

It is the architects who make others life difficult here. They will one day get India dev center closed if not appropriate measures are taken. Attrition rate is huge. Many good technical people left yet senior management has not not woken up. The people who joined here through my referral are cursing me. New people are joining and leaving the company in months. Some are made to leave by architects by constant torture while other leaving for being helpless. Because of this attrition rate there are too many interviews happening. Poor HR people, they are not finding any candidates. Lot of candidates are being rejected and the ones who get offer letters are rejecting the company. For developers - If you were told that the company is working on cloud technologies then your are kind of bluffed. If you want join this company to grow your technical skills then forget it and get some other company. If you still want to join then on a safer side get some contact of an employee of the team you are gonna join and get their opinion (LinkedIn helps you find contacts). Just that don't regret after joining here.
