Pros

Variety of legal office settings, good for understanding how different sized lawfirms operate

Cons

Many firms treat you as "the help" meaning your job responsibilities is whatever anyone's whim is. I also experienced rampant theft of my lunch and personal property which was ignored by both Epiq and the firms. The pay was insultingly low given the cost of living in Denver, associated transport expenses, and the expectation that you could be assigned to another office immediately and without forewarning which included a site in Westminster CO.

Pros

Day job, Mon-Fri. The work is too easy not challenging at all. Some co-workers are nice. Everyone keeps to themselves for the most part. The building I am in has some nice amenities.

Cons

Very poor management. No room at all for growth unless you become a manager. No raises at all, only yearly cost of living increase, maybe 25-30 cents. No matter how good you are and how much you beg for a raise, they will give you the biggest run around for why you can't give you one. They pretty much hire anyone that wants a job and it's a revolving door.
