Pros

Great people, challenging work, decent pay for the area

Cons

Layoffs layoffs layoffs. Most of the development teams have been either sold off or terminated completely. The corporate vision is a mess. Their solution to every problem is to either sell or layoff the given product. Those who are left are now in constant fear of being let go or getting sold off to someone else who will. It's not conducive to productivity.

Pros

Sine Epiq was bought by DTI there are no pros to working there

Cons

Epiq was purchased by DTI but they kept the EPIQ name since DTI has such a bad reputation. The people that ran DTI are now running EPIQ. They cut the bonuses, cut the benefits all while telling us all how great the company is doing. Do not work for this company, you are nothing to the management.
